Anurak Community Lodge additional terms & conditions

 

  • Rates are inclusive of breakfast (choice of either American or Asian Breakfast).
  • Maximum one extra bed per room. Due to the size of our rooms, we strongly recommend extra beds only for children or same-family situations.
  • Extra bed subject to charge 450 baht per night for both adult and children, inclusive of breakfast.
  • Baby cot for infants 1-3 years old are complimentary (subject to availability)
  • All reservations for rooms are subjected to availability and confirmation.
  • Check-in time is between 14:00 and 20:00 hrs. Early Check-in is subjected to availability.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Late Check-out is subjected to availability. Guaranteed late Check-out until 18.00 hrs.

Room Cancellations

  • 21 days before arrival – No cancellation charge
  • 20-14 days before arrival – 1 night charge
  • 13-7 days before arrival – Charge of 50% of total stay
  • 6-1 days before arrival – Classed as ‘No Show’, charged in full

Group & Series Bookings Cancellation Cut-Off

  • High Season – 60 days before arrival 
  • Low & Shoulder Seasons – 45 days before arrival

 

Activities & Additional Services

  • All tours and activities are subject to availability and weather conditions, and therefore may be cancelled or changed at any time.
  • For River Canoe, Bamboo rafting and River by Tubing we accept minimum age of 8-10 years old – taking into consideration the size of the children. Children’s life jackets are available.
  • Set Lunch & Set Dinner serve as set menu for 1-4 persons sharing.
  • For Cooking Class, Anurak Jungle dinner, Set Lunch, Set Dinner, Authentic Southern Thai, Anurak Jungle Dinner, we require any special dietary needs or information in advance
  • Minimum 2 adults for one day lake (day trip to Prakrai Petch Cave) Private Option.
  • Anurak’s Trail is an easy walk where guests can explore by themselves, usually taking 45 minutes. Anurak Lodge will provide a map for the trail at Reception Desk.
  • The Lodge will not be liable for any loss of or damage to guest property or injury to guests.
