Eco Khao Lak Adventure additional terms & conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are based on guests staying in the Khao Lak area only. Extra charges may apply for other areas.
- All prices are subject to change in case of major changes in cost.
- All changes or cancelations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the departure date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
- Eco Khao Lak reserves the right to cancel or change a trip at any time due to sea or weather conditions. In which event Eco Khao Lak cannot be held responsible for any personal costs caused.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all National Park rules and regulations at all times, and are solely responsible for any fines or legal proceedings that may be incured due to non-compliance.
