Greenview Tour additional terms & conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- All changes or cancelations must be made a minimum of 3 days before the departure date.
- Once a booking is confirmed confirmed, bungalow accommodation is non-refundable.
- Insurance covers people aged between 4-70 years old only.
- Pregnant women are not covered by insurance and are not permitted to partake in speedboat excursions.
- Anyone suffering from back trouble, neck trouble, heart problems, breathing difficulties or any other serious medical complaints are not covered by insurance and are not permitted to join speedboat excursions.
- Greenview Tour reserves the right to cancel or change a trip at any time due to sea or weather conditions. In which event Greenview Tour cannot be held responsible for any personal costs caused.
- National Park regulations state that life jackets must be worn at all times when snorkelling in the Mu Ko Surin National Park.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all National Park rules and regulations at all times, and are solely responsible for any fines or legal proceedings that may be incured due to non-compliance.
**Customers are required to carry a copy of their passport or Thai ID card while visiting the Similan and Surin national parks.
