Koh Jum Beach Villas additional terms & conditions

• Check-in time is 15:00
• Check-out time is 11:00
• Late check-out is subject to availability. Late check out before 14:00 will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 14:00 will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

Cancellations

• Peak Season:
  Cancellation received by the resort less than 75 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charge will be applied.

• High Season and Shoulder Season:
  Cancellation received by the hotel less than 42 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charge will be applied.

• Low Season:
  Cancellation received by the hotel less than 30 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charge will be applied.

• No Show
  •A reservation is considered “No show” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and the Resort is not notified of any emergency delays in writing, the Resort reserves the right to charge a no show fee of 100% total room charge.

Activities & Additional Services

• All tours and activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• The resort will not be liable for any loss of or damage to guest property or injury to guests.
