Wow Andaman additional terms & conditions
- Tour programs may change without notice due to weather, sea conditions, tides, or National Park regulations.
- Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed in advance. The company will monitor official announcements from the Meteorological and Marine Departments. If an official notice prohibits boat operations due to severe weather, and the tour is canceled, a full refund will be provided except for the national park fee, as it is non-refundable according to the park regulations. However, if there is no such notice and it is only raining, the tour will proceed as scheduled and no refund will be issued.
- In order to reserve Similan national park entrance tickets, full names, date of birth, nationality and passport/Thai ID numbers are required before a booking can be confirmed.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- All bookings must be made no later than 18:00 the day before departure and are subject to availability and National Park approval.
- All cancelations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the departure date.
- Any cancelation made less than 24 hours in advance of the departure date will be charged in full.
- Cancelations made after 17:30 the day before departure will be classed as ‘No Show’ and charged in full.
- Once a booking has been confirmed National Park Entrance Fees are non-refundable.
- If a customer wishes to change or postpone a booking, all changes must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- Any changes made to a booking less than 24 hours prior to the departure time will be subject to an amendment fees as follows;
- Change of tour date – 1800 Baht per person
- Change of date with a doctor’s certificate – Free of charge (person named in the certificate only)
- Change of hotel – 300 Baht per person
- Amendment fees are non-refundable.
- Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage free of charge. An additional fee of 300 THB will be applied for each extra item.
- Insurance covers people aged between 4-70 years old only.
- The insurance provided covers personal injuries resulting from accidents directly related to the tour activities.It does not
cover the loss, or damage of personal belongings such as smartphones, cameras, or other valuable items. Insurance coverage is valid only on the tour date and is limited to the official duration of the trip. Coverage does not extend beyond
the scheduled itinerary. The conditions are subject to the insurance company’s policy. - Pregnant women are not covered by insurance and are not permitted to partake in speedboat excursions.
- Anyone suffering from back trouble, neck trouble, heart problems, breathing difficulties or any other serious medical complaints are not covered by insurance and are not permitted to join speedboat excursions.
- Wow Andaman Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or change a trip at any time due to sea or weather conditions. In which event Wow Andaman cannot be held responsible for any personal costs caused.
- National Park regulations state that life jackets must be worn at all times when snorkelling in the Mu Ko Surin National Park.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all National Park rules and regulations at all times, and are solely responsible for any fines or legal proceedings that may be incured due to non-compliance.
- In the event that a guest leaves behind personal belongings on the boat, in the transfer vehicle, or at the pier (excluding islands), Wow Andaman will provide assistance in locating the items. Any recovered items will be safely stored at the pier for guest collection at no additional cost. However, Wow Andaman assumes no responsibility for any lost, missing, or damaged belongings.
- Should delivery of the recovered items be requested, a service fee will be charged to the Agent, and the amount will vary depending on the delivery method and distance.
**Customers are required to carry a copy of their passport or Thai ID card while visiting the Similan and Surin national parks.
